Refunds: Refunds for Career Step Continuing Education courses are made as follows: 100% if requested before a course begins or if the course is cancelled; 75% if requested after a course begins but before the 10th day the class is available. An additional requirement for a 75% refund is that you return all books and materials to Career Step in resaleable condition.
